Most of the time we can schedule an on-site visit within 2–4 business days. During busy season (spring and fall) it may be a few days longer, but we always communicate clearly about timing and availability.

Absolutely. We visit your property, assess the scope, and provide a detailed written estimate — at no cost and with zero pressure to move forward. We believe the estimate conversation should be informative and comfortable, not a sales pitch.

It's preferred but not always required. For most projects, we like to have a conversation about your vision in person. However, for smaller or more straightforward requests, we can sometimes assess the area without you being present if you provide access. We'll discuss what works best for your schedule.

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. For larger projects, we typically collect a deposit at the start of work and the balance upon completion and your final approval. All payment terms are clearly outlined in your written estimate before any work begins.

We stand behind our work completely. If anything doesn't meet your expectations, tell us and we'll make it right — before we consider the job finished and before final payment. Your satisfaction is not a checkbox; it's our standard.
